We currently offer three powerful class options!


Power Pilates

Our signature dynamic total body burn! The Connect's Power Pilates is a fusion of progressive Pilates, resistance training, and spikes of cardio. We use a combination of small props guaranteed to challenge you from head to toe, no reformers needed! We keep it fresh and get creative with hand weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, Pilates ring, sliding discs, and more. We teach this one in layers to cater to all levels - you get off the bus at whatever stop you want! You'll get stronger and see results QUICK!


The OG

The OG mat Pilates class is all the classical work you know and love, using small props or equipment free.

The OG is low impact, high on results! We'll ensure you connect to more than your core. You'll be stronger and leaner overall, stand taller, and FEEL GOOD!


The Assets

45 minutes of arms and core focus! We target your arms, your abs, and your as...bum! - don't expect to be able to sneeze or sit down for a few days!
